Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash and EFT payments only.
Q: Do you offer finance or contracts?
A: No. We do not offer finance or contract sales.
Q: Do you offer lay-by?
A: Yes. We offer a 3-month lay-by on selected Certified Pre-Owned iPhones. A non-refundable R500 administration fee applies.
🔄 Trade-Ins
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: Yes. We accept eligible trade-ins.
Q: How do I get a trade-in value?
A: Send us your device model, storage capacity, condition, and photos via WhatsApp for an assessment.
Q: Can I trade in my phone towards another device?
A: Yes. Eligible trade-ins can be used towards your next purchase.
🛒 Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to confirm pricing and availability. Once your order is confirmed, we'll arrange collection or courier.
Q: Can I walk in and browse phones?
A: No. For security reasons, we do not keep stock at our office and do not allow walk-in browsing.
Q: Why don't you keep stock at the office?
A: For the safety of our staff and customers, devices are only brought to the office once an order has been confirmed.
🚚 Delivery & Collection
Q: How does collection work?
A: Once your order is confirmed, your device is brought to our office. We'll notify you when it's ready for collection.
Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes. We offer nationwide courier delivery at the buyer's cost.
Q: Can I collect my order instead of using courier?
A: Yes. Collection is available from our office once your order has been confirmed.
